What is SkyRobics???
Picture a basketball court with floor to wall trampolines. It is not a coreographed to music workout. It is a CARDIO, whole-body workout. You will get your heart rate up, get your sweat on, burn off those calories, and have FUN in my class!!
We warm-up for 10 minutes, stretch, and then begin our fun! We start with "rouncing" a run-bounce the length of the court, then add "bunny hops," and other cardio moves to get your heart rate up and the calorie-burn going. We add in body weight movements: pushups against the trampoline walls, squat bounces, abs- all low-impact, easier on the joints.
Every class is different- foam pit action, basketball court slam-dunks, partner/group work, play time with foam balls. I always show modifications, so this is a class for everyone! All fitness levels will get a fantastic workout in SkyRobics!
- Bring lots of Water!!
- Don't Eat 1-2 Hours Before Class.
- Take Breaks When You Need Them.
- SWEAT, SMILE, and HAVE FUN!!
